Processing, Shipping & Delivery Time
- Processing time: Once your order has been placed, it usually takes 1 to 2 business days for us to prepare your package and hand it over to the shipping carrier.
- Shipping time: Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location and carrier workload.
- Total delivery time: You can expect a total delivery time of 4 to 7 business days (processing + shipping).
Order Cut-Off Time: Monday to Friday, 18:00
Please note: During peak seasons such as holidays, delivery may take slightly longer than usual.
Shipping Costs
We charge a flat shipping rate of £3.95 per order, regardless of the number of items or total order amount. This rate applies to deliveries within the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Shipping Partners
We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time. For deliveries within the Netherlands, we use Royal Mail and DHL.
Possible Delays
We strive to deliver your order on time. However, delays may occur in some cases, such as:
