Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase at Mavenburry. Not satisfied? No problem, you can return your order under certain conditions within 30 days. On this page, we explain exactly how refunds and returns are handled.
Refunds
- Once we have received and approved your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns and Exchanges
- You have 30 days after receiving your order to register a return without giving a reason.
- Please ensure the item is in original condition, unwashed, unworn, and with all tags still attached.
- For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal has not been removed.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom-made products.
- Sale items may be returned. We do not charge restocking fees.
- Exchanges are not possible, but you are always welcome to return an item within 30 days.
How to return an item
- Want to return something? Send an email to support@mavenburry.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. You will receive instructions for the return procedure by email.

Special situations
- Something went wrong with your order? We're happy to help. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@mavenburry.com. Include a clear description, your order number, and a few photos of the item. We will provide a suitable solution.
- Received the wrong item by mistake? Let us know and we will send the correct item at no additional cost.
- Order not delivered within the expected delivery time? Please contact us. You can find more information in our Shipping Policy.
- Want to cancel your order? You can cancel free of charge within 24 hours of placing the order. If the order has already shipped, the standard return procedure applies.
