How do I place an order?

Select your desired product, add it to your shopping cart, and follow the steps in the checkout process.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it. Has your order already been shipped? You can return it easily using our standard return procedure. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@mavenburry.com if you’d like to make a change.

We offer a flat shipping rate for all orders within the United Kingdom and Ireland.

What is the delivery time?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and delivered within an average of 3 to 5 business days.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking code so you can follow your package easily.

Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order within 30 days as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Please see our return & exchange policy for more information or contact us at support@mavenburry.com.

How quickly will I get my money back?
