Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Mavenburry, we strive to provide a pleasant shopping experience. Not completely satisfied? You can return your order under certain conditions. Below you'll find our full return policy.

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item without giving any reason.
  • Please ensure the item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.
  • For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal has not been removed.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom-made products.
  • Sale items can be returned as usual. We do not charge any restocking fees.
  • We do not offer exchanges, but you're always welcome to return your item within 30 days.

How to return an item

  1. Want to return something? Send an email to support@mavenburry.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll provide return instructions.
  2. Prefer using a return form? You can download it here.
  3. Package the item securely and return it to:

  4. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. We do not charge restocking fees.
  5. Once your return has been received and approved, we will process your refund via the original payment method within 5 business days.

Special cases

  • Something wrong with your order? We're here to help. If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us as soon as possible via support@mavenburry.com and include a clear description, your order number, and some photos. We'll make it right.
  • Received the wrong item? Let us know and we'll send the correct item at no extra cost.
  • Order not delivered within the expected timeframe? Contact us. You can find more information in our Shipping Policy.
  • Want to cancel your order? Cancellations are free within 24 hours of placing the order. If your order has already been shipped, the normal return process applies.
